Why it matters…

The goal of most spiritual practices is to get closer to our own discerning and intuitive nature. My approach to healing is no different. And therefore the question “why does it matter?” may have a shocking answer. It doesn’t. Unless it resonates with you and positively impacts your life - it’s useless. This is my main gripe with information about Human Design on the internet. While it’s a profound system, without grounded ways to implement its tools into our lives, nervous systems, and psyche - it’s as good as a fad diet.

After facilitating and recieveing tons of readings where the aspects of charts were broken down intellectually, I realized there was a missing piece. Many people (including myself) tend toward overly intellectualizing and indexing their wounds. This is a way to feel like we’re moving forward when we’re actually circumventing the healing process.

This is why talk therapy is one of the least effective forms of therapeutic intervention. Talking through our problems only goes so far in the shadow of making different choices. Here’s the hard truth. Our brain does not like change. Our brain defaults to what it’s used to. So simply understanding patterns or beliefs that may live rent-free in your brain doesn’t cut it. You have to rewire how you’re brian works to actually see a change take place in your life.

Perhaps the information in a session may feel enlightening for a moment but without a way to ground it into our lives - these sessions become empty containers for us to feel like we’re making progress when we’re enabling a hedonic treadmill toward the vague idea of who we “should” be.

implementation they are just another step on a hedonic treadmill toward self-improvement.

Rendering these sessions as enabling vices for a hedonic treadmill toward self-improvment. to step onto the hedonic treadmill of labeling what needs to change without grounding it into our reality.

Here’s the

already operate from an overly intellectuali that allows them to witness their shadows and wounds without going through the healing process.

That’s why my approach is multi-pronged - to ensure that no one is leaving my session with a list of abstract advice without My focus is on integration and building confidence in your discernment. Ultimately, if my approach doesn’t seem like it’s for you - I trust that. And if it resonates - I trust that too.

I’m very influenced by the work of the program ToBeMagnetic.

All of our actions are informed by our subconcious programming. This is articulated in our Human Design in our Unconscious Design (typically on the left side of our chart) or denoted in black. But it doesn’t
